Hormone Health is Holistic Health

Restore balance within yourself

OCTOBER 6th-8th

AN IMPORTANT UPDATE!

Thank you all for your deep interest and excitement about the Hormone Health weekend at MAST. Due to overwhelming requests, we have opened up the offerings as an a la carte menu, so pick and choose the parts of this program that work for you. MAST is a new business and it is so important you know that we are listening, and hearing what will work best for you all. Should you need any further clarification please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Please review the parts of the program below, and then to book your specific selections please email connect@mastnantucket.com with your confirmation and preferred days and times for services.

For women, hormone health is integrated health. As a woman, to have an understanding of your hormone health is critical, and yet not something of which we are readily informed. Hormone imbalances can be the root of many underlying health hardships, from adrenal fatigue and high blood sugar to fertility concerns or thyroid discrepancies, and beyond. When we come to connect with something so integral to our health we can experience a whole new level of connecting with ourselves. Through this program, begin your journey or go deeper to learn to restore balance by making holistic shifts within yourself, your nutrients, and your lifestyle. To care for your hormones leads to overall health best practices and feeling your best too. From this place your internal systems flow in natural alignment.

As a holistic physician, Dr. Francis believes in the healing powers of nature. She follows the principles of Naturopathic Medicine, Functional Medicine, Chiropractic, and Traditional Chinese Medicine, all of which place emphasis on treating the individual and finding the cause of disease, not merely treating symptoms.

In her practice, Dr. Francis adheres to the Philosophy and Principles of Naturopathic Medicine:

    The Healing Power of Nature

    Identify and Treat the Cause

    First Do No Harm

    Doctor as Teacher
