Restore Through Ayurveda is a five day guided retreat that invites participants to slow down, nourish, and regenerate in community. Three days of Ayurvedic meals are offered to spark the digestive fire, increase clarity of mind, and bolster immunity. Elemental Vinyasa with Chip Davis 9:45-10:45am

Join Chip Davis as he leads a transformative 60-minute Elemental Vinyasa Yoga experience centered on the fluid element of water, the sacral chakra, Svadhistana, and the hips. With a deep focus on unlocking emotion and creativity, students will be guided through an immersive practice that includes an elemental dharma talk to set intentions, Pranayama breathwork, poetry to inspire introspection, and a harmonious flow accompanied by water-inspired music. Chakra Energy Clearing with Annabelle Dura 11:30am-12:30pm

In this 60min Chakra Energy Clearing Class, Annabelle will lovingly lead you through a seamless fusion of simple somatic practices designed for stress and tension relief, intertwined with a guided visualization meditation that specifically targets your chakra centers. This blend of physical and energetic practices creates a space for relaxation and deep receptivity, where stress melts away, and your chakras find a harmonious flow, leaving you refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to embrace a renewed sense of well-being. Feel bring to bring your own crystals, or cards to support your experience as well as a pillow and blanket for comfort. We will have mats and blankets available as well.

 

Qigong with Gerry Holmes 1:15-2:15pm

Qi Gong translates from Mandarin as Energy Skill; it is a broad term that can refer to thousands of particular practices intended for healing, martial arts, and even spiritual cultivation. The practices explored in this class will include Standing Meditation, designed to correct the posture and open up the energetic channels of the body, Five Animal Qi Gong, an athletic set of Qi Gong movements designed to purify and strengthen the internal organs, Baduanjin or Eight Silk Brocade, designed to make the body move smoothly and light as silk, as well as several other sets of Qi Gong movements, intended for specific effects on the body. Qi Gong parallels Yoga Asana practice in some senses in that there can be set movements that involve stretching. Still, one difference is that there is a high focus on perceiving energy moving through the body and that there are specific sets of movements that are intended to be done consistently over time for the desired outcomes. This class will explore various Qi Gong sets accompanied by Standing Meditation, Philosophy, and basic Tai Chi martial exercises.

Though often said to be a martial art disguised as a dance, Capoeira serves not only as a form of self-defense but also as a way to maintain spirituality and culture.

Dynamic Access Flow with Gerry Holmes 11:30am-12:30pm

Dynamic Access Flow, or DAF, is a class that blends several modalities of movement practice: Yoga, Qi Gong, and animal-like movements involving calisthenics. To begin class, participants will be on yoga mats for a vinyasa flow which evolves into slow Qigong movements to activate the breath further. As the class progresses, yoga mats are put away to explore different animal-inspired movements that involve calisthenics and body control. The purpose of this class is to not just to strengthen the muscles and stretch the tendons but to break free of any contemporary ideas or conditioning of how humans can or should move.

Together we will examine the health of your internal and emotional world, the health of your environment and its impact on all parts of self, and the health of your connection to creative source, to build abundance in yourself and in your business. 

For eight weeks we will gather in cohort to unearth our potential, peace, and power. Community will be nurtured over these weeks and in person come June, when we will offer an in-person integration retreat. Between March and June, you will have the opportunity to book private sessions with Ryan, Orie, and BrandHuman.

BrandHuman: Jasmine Takanikos and Eve Lewis

As a branding instructor at PARSONS The New School of Design, Jasmine Takanikos watched hundreds of people move through her classroom, from up-and-coming entrepreneurs, to established business owners, to ex-CEOs—each one of them distinct, yet connected in their drive to create flourishing businesses. 

“Teaching was what got me understanding what worked for so many different kinds of people when launching a brand,” she says. “It’s called BrandHuman because every semester I encountered unique humans with unique needs.” 

As both an educator and a practitioner through her brand consultancy, she was able to deeply attune herself to the challenges her students and clients were facing. Through the continuous cycle of implementing, teaching, then implementing again, she came to the realization that all business and brand challenges could be traced back to the same essential source: The human being at the center of the work. 

Yet entrepreneurs, leaders, and creators are so rarely taught the skills they need to cultivate themselves as people so they can be successful in their businesses. Knowing she could help address this gap, Jasmine began formulating the BrandHuman principles with the mission to help brands thrive by tending to the humans at the heart of them.

The Bliss Circle with Holly Ruth Finigan 8:00-9:00am

Deeply connect with yourself. Come experience Holly’s heart-opening breathwork & meditation practice where you’ll have the sacred space to clear and release what no longer serves you and the opportunity to call in what you really want in life. The Bliss Circle includes a blessing and manifestation exercise at the end of each session. 

Qigong with Gerry Holmes 9:45-10:45am

Qi Gong translates from Mandarin as Energy Skill; it is a broad term that can refer to thousands of particular practices intended for healing, martial arts, and even spiritual cultivation. The practices explored in this class will include Standing Meditation, designed to correct the posture and open up the energetic channels of the body, Five Animal Qi Gong, an athletic set of Qi Gong movements designed to purify and strengthen the internal organs, Baduanjin or Eight Silk Brocade, designed to make the body move smoothly and light as silk, as well as several other sets of Qi Gong movements, intended for specific effects on the body. Qi Gong parallels Yoga Asana practice in some senses in that there can be set movements that involve stretching. Still, one difference is that there is a high focus on perceiving energy moving through the body and that there are specific sets of movements that are intended to be done consistently over time for the desired outcomes. This class will explore various Qi Gong sets accompanied by Standing Meditation, Philosophy, and basic Tai Chi martial exercises.

Mantra and Meditation with Ayagui Agui 11:30am-12:30pm

This profound practice is designed to help you dive deep into the ocean of tranquility, calm your mind, and connect with your inner self. Ayagui will guide you through the chanting of sacred mantras in combination with ancient breathing techniques, allowing for your true essence to awaken as you tap into your unique vibratory frequency and feel a greater sense of self.

 

Yin for Energy and Vitality with Chip Davis 1:15-2:15pm

Yin balances and grounds the Qi, or life force energy, within the body by focusing on the breath while holding floor postures for longer periods of time. Yin postures create health and healing in the connective tissues of the body- the ligaments, tendons, and fascia- and complement a host of other physical practices and sports, including, but not limited to, Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga, running, biking, swimming, surfing, tennis, golf, and strength training. Yin Yoga evolved through a combination of different philosophies, geographies, and practices. While its philosophical roots stretch back thousands of years, derived from similar beliefs in ancient Chinese and Hindu cultures, the structural aspects of the postures developed more recently. In this offering, participants will not only practice Yin Yoga, and learn about the history and evolution of the modality, but they will also be guided on a unique journey through dharma talks led by Chip that center on themes found within the Tao Te Ching and other similar, related texts.


Heart Song Sound Bath and Meditation with Joanna Roche 3:00-4:00pm

Journey to a deeper connection to yourself through sound, touch, visualization, and aroma therapy. During this experience, you will relax and know a sense of peace that comes with tuning into your heart and finding your own natural rhythm. Wear comfortable clothing, you will be lying down for most of the class.

Join us for a morning of self discovery and connection. We will explore the power of essential oils to help you unleash stuck energy and emotions in the body and support you in your mediation, breathwork and movement practices. 

Heading into the holidays with all that is unfolding can bring up a lot of emotions.  Learning strategies to stay grounded in ourselves is what helps us bring our full selves to the table, filled with love and a willingness to open our hearts. 

In this workshop we utilize essential oils as a portal to delve deep into our subconscious and uncover emotions that may be holding us back from manifesting the life we desire, and amplifying our physical and spiritual well-being.  The essential oils help us access and release emotional trauma. Smell is one of our 5 senses that connects to the limbic system of our brain and that can help us release these stored emotions.

Sarah Shulman

Dr. Sarah Shulman is a pediatric physician. She built her career caring for women and children for over 25 years in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. Her life took a turn when she started suffering from neurologic symptoms. During that time, Sarah explored a more holistic healing path which included functional medicine as well as a variety of healing modalities. Her journey led her to study the Incan tradition of Shamanism. Through Shamanism, she learned that emotions can get stuck in the body and began to understand how plants, particularly, essential oils are here to assist us in healing. Sarah has curated a beautiful offering centered around essential oils. She merges the essence of Shamanic healing - the belief that spirit lies in everything - to harness the spirit of the oils to guide and open pathways of flowing spirit within her clients. She helps unlock the magic within through creating sacred space and allowing your truest emotions and highest vibration to emerge.

Maria Fahrner

Maria Fahrner has an innate gift for understanding the child’s mind. She has over thirty years experience in childhood and elementary education. Maria holds an Elementary Education Credential, a  Master’s degree in Education, a foundation in Waldorf teacher training, and a five year Certificate in Spacial Dynamics. Inspired by her own son, she created a nourishing homeschool environment and began a career of passionate and effective advocacy for children and their families.
